good entertainment

I just finished The Believers by Zoe Heller and really enjoyed's about a family in crisis, funny and somewhat mysterious - each character has a depth that isn't fully fleshed out, their actions are hints into their inner world, which is sometimes shocking but really drew me in.
I seem to be connect with stories about families...I also just watched Rachel Getting Married which was fabulous, (you can rent it now...I know, I'm a bit behind on my movie-watching) Anne Hathaway was unexpectedly great, and the wedding song was beautiful...
