OK, so another Friday cocktail recipe (I'm starting to sound like a lush). This is a Caesar, which until recently I didn't realize was strictly a Canadian drink (Calgary bartender Walter Chell invented it in 1969). The clam juice aspect makes it sound horrible but it's really tasty:

6 oz Clamato juice
1.5 oz Vodka (optional, you can also make a Virgin Caesar)
2 dashes Tabasco
2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Celery salt
Lime wedge
Mix all ingredients together (use the celery salt to rim the glass) and garnish with lime and whatever else you like: celery stalk, pickled asparagus, olives, marinated peppers, green beans, a prawn, cucumber...yum.
